Timeline and payment

- Deposit to start, balance at handover. The store goes live once the balance is paid.
- After year one
- Care is optional: Basic RM 180/month (or RM 1,800/year) or Standard RM 350/month (or RM 3,150/year). The store itself stays in your own account.

Why "from" RM 5,500?
RM 5,500 covers setting up your store with up to 50 products, payments, delivery and a year of Standard care. Bigger catalogues, marketplace syncing or custom features are quoted in writing before you pay anything. The store platform (about RM 249/month) and payment fees are paid by you directly.
Why do I pay the store platform myself?
The store lives in your own EasyStore account, so you always control it. We don't add a mark-up to platform or payment fees.
Can I sell on Shopee or Lazada as well?
Yes. Your own store works alongside marketplaces; we can talk about syncing them when we quote.
What happens if I stop care?
Your store keeps running. It is already in your account; we simply remove our access.
